Alone...

To be alone is a good thing. Able to do anything you ever wanted and there would be nobody there to interrupt you. No one to tell you no, you shouldn't do that, no, put that bottle of booze and pills down. But, here... there isn't anyone that cares to interfere. Not a single soul for an intervention, as if I would listen. Some just never listen, they never change or listen to reason. Alone...

This feeling hurts inside, an ache of sorrow hung inside my rib cage like it's a closet. Surrounded by a room full of minds and hearts and still feeling like the only one there. Transparent, nobody can even see me standing there. So much space surrounds me, which direction to choose? Which way to go? What does it matter when you are utterly all alone?
