An Attempt to Cure Kill-Joy
After Kill-Joy had once again attempted to blow up St. Canard, Splatter Phoenix had had it. She could no longer turn a blind eye to how dangerous Kill-Joy could be, because things were now hitting too close to home. Splatter decided to take matters into her own hands. Splatter knew about Kill-Joys past, and how it damaged her mental state. But perhaps, Splatter thought, that damage could be repaired. After doing research, she concluded that electroshock therapy could be a key to changing Kill-Joy from the violent sociopath that she is today, to a neko with a new lease on life.
And Splatter knew of someone who could help. In the nearby city of Duckburg lived an inventor with an attitude named Glitch. Although only four inches tall, what the mouse lacked in height she made up for in talent and intelligence- if you were to give her a stick, bubble gum, and a lighter, Glitch would be able to figure out how to create a weapon. And she was confident that she would be able to create a device that could help Kill-Joy. And the agreed upon fee for Glitch's valuable talents? A box of jalapeno crackers.
(Glitch wrote this part.) Glitch was inside her workshop which was an old gas station that was long since abandoned, with the windows where broken and boarded up but a person could still peek through to see inside. or if say a rodent can come and go with no problems. as the rain started to pour with the crashing of the thunder through the city, the young gray mouse looked up from her work, lifting the welding goggles on top of her head "uhm? there wasnt suppose to be any rain today?.." as the small mouse leaped off the workshop table she was on down to the floor and ran up a coat rack and jumped to a bicycle that was hanging upside down from the ceiling. she started swining on the peddle as the wheel picked up speed pulling a rope that was attached. soon outside on the roof a metal lighting rod slowly came up from the roof the the gas station. the gray mouse girl then jump back down to the floor again "that should be fine now" she then hoped downto the floor once again
With the date and location set, Splatter dragged a tied up Kill-Joy to the door of the old gas station.

Splatter Phoenix: Bio, Powers, and Abilities
Art had always been Splatter Phoenix' passion, and for years her goal had been to make her unique style of artistry be seen and admired by the world, no matter what. The brushes that she used were not the traditional type- they were quantum mechanical brushes, which has enabled her to enter paintings, animate them, and create art that comes to life. They also provide as a conduit for spells that she learned over the years, and continues to learn to this day. Although she was an expert in the field quantum mechanics, the equipment necessary to create the brushes were quite expensive, which led to her life of crime, stealing money and selling stolen works of art, in order to finance her passion and further her goal.
As time went on, after years of living a criminal lifestyle, Splatter Phoenix is considered by many to be a "bad girl turned good", a woman who had turned over a new leaf with a changed perspective on life, as she began concentrating on a new profession- politics...Yet that was far from the truth. Instead, it had all been a carefully orchestrated plan, that has led to her being able to secretly continue criminal activities while under the smokescreen of justice, as the Mayor of St. Canard. She had gotten involved in the political world for her own agendas- furthering her artistic goals, and using her newly acquired political power to help her friends and allies. *****************************************************************
POWERS AND ABILITIES
- Expert in quantum mechanics, which has enabled her to create quantum mechanical brushes that allow her to enter paintings, animate them, and create art that comes to life.
- She has been trained in the art of elemental bending- the mental manipulation of the four elements (Water, Earth, Fire, Air) by Avatar Kyoshi, and has received additional earthbending training by Toph Beifong.
- She has studied Yami (Arcane) Magic via Yami Bakura.
- Currently has the Millennium Ring, which she obtained during a trip to the past. The Millennium Ring is an item that possesses many powers, including the ability to send others to the Shadow Realm, a place of eternal suffering.
- Is the proud owner of a Jigglypuff.

Additional Rules And Information
The rules and information below is being presented so that those of you who have known me for only a short period of time have a better understanding of me. As for those of you who have known me for a long period of time, it is likely that none of this is new information.
1. Rp Style- I am very easy to work with, and want the person I am rping with to feel comfortable. Therefore, I tend to use the style that they are using.
2. Types of people I rp with- One look at my Top list will show you that I rp with a variety of types. I am not biased towards or against characters from any specfic shows, movies, books, etc.
3. Relationships- I don't cheat, and I am strongly against the practice of someone doing it. I have matched people up in the past, but I will not do it for someone who has one character that is "single and looking", while they have another character that is in a relationship. If you are in a relationship with two different people as two different characters, you are cheating, as far as I'm concerned. I understand that many disagree, and I do see where you are coming from. However, it is my personal opinion.
4. Cooperation- Whether you are rping with a friend or an "enemy", rping is like a dance. Everyone involved needs to be on the same page regarding what direction the rp is going in. If I leave you a Comment and you don't understand what I mean or can't decide how to respond, tell me, and I will help you.
5. Death- I personally am not a big fan of it. If I am fighting you, I will always give you the opportunity to avoid death. At the same time though, I rp with some people who encourage me to attempt to kill them. To those of you who do that, I most likely will not let you down, lol.
6. Hours- I understand that it can be difficult at times to figure out when I will be here. Generally, I am here daily, from about 9:45am-12:30pm Eastern time Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; and 9:45am-11:30am Eastern time Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays. When I am here at other times, it is usually to only read messages or update my profile.
7. Age- I am an adult, both OOC and IC. I think everyone who knows me is already aware of that though.
