Rules?... There are no rules anymore

I am pretty new to this verse, and am only familiar with the more modern ones, also I have not seen many of them for quite some time, so please bear with me. I just thought this would be a cool and fun character to try my hand at playing. Also I do not have as much time as many others, but I will always get back to you... eventually.
