Re-introduction (and Rules?)

Gone are the days of Myspace, and the days of Roleplayer.me are upon us.

I’ve been a writer for years, but I took a lengthy hiatus.
When I came back, I realized that my accounts had all been deleted because of inactivity.
I was erased from existence, and my old friends are out there – somewhere – probably looking for me as desperately as I’m looking for them.

In an effort to get back into writing, I will attempt to introduce myself as best as possible while also trying to encourage you – the reader (and writer) – into wanting to write with me.

As previously mentioned, I’ve been writing since the days of Myspace, so I’d say that I have 10+ years of experience in developing storylines (but were they good?) and engaging in OOC antics.
I write para, multi-para and novella, so I don’t have a preference.
However, we are aware that the more engaging the storyline is then the more we’ll be inclined to write.

I’ve written in WWE verse, DC verse, Marvel verse, psychological horror verse, and anything else you can imagine (even things H.P. Lovecraft feared to imagine) but I’ve never written in blank verse (hopefully a poetry afficionado caught this obscure reference.)
While I am open to discussing crossovers, I’d like to stay in the realm of Silent Hill, Resident Evil, the Supernatural genre, the occult and psychological horror because they’re spooky, and I want all the spooky.

I’m currently in the process of syncretizing several ideas I used to work with, so I should be finalizing my character’s background in the next few days. On my mind are Silent Hill and John Constantine, so I’ll be integrating both as best as I can.

In reference to communicating with me, messages and comments are open for OOC banter, but I’m used to comments being used for IC writing.

Anything else I missed in this introduction, call me out on it, and I’ll respond.

I’ve searched far and wide through Silent Hill in the hopes of finding others that are as excited as I am to start writing together.
In turn, let’s persevere through the mist (is it vape smoke? Is someone hitting a fat juul?), and I hope plenty of people respond to my radio distress signal.

As was customary in the Myspace days to make sure people had read through this, you can also name your favorite book and why it’s your favorite. Or you can name a movie. Well, now that I think of it, you can name whatever you want.
The options are endless.
