"Everyone is Irish today, now class who can tell me some Irish movies that they used to like when they were younger and whoever guesses my favorite Irish Movie will not have to do the homework."  Honestly Remington didn't really know how many Irish Movies there were but she should because she was a film studies teacher but she remembered vividly what her favorite Irish Movie was.  It was one of the first Original Disney Channel Movies that she ever saw and it stuck with her because of that.  She remembered one day when she was with Kerrigan and all they did was watch Disney Channel Movies and Luck of the Irish was on and Remington didn't even like Basketball but she was drawn to it because it had leprechauns in it.

Seeing all of the hands shoot up just made Remi chuckle internally.  She couldn't decide who to pick, running her fingers through her brunette locks she let out a soft sigh.  She didn't know what she was going to do and she didn't want to just pick one person because if that person guessed her favorite Irish Movie it wouldn't be fair to the other kids in the class.  "Okay here is what we are going to do.  We are going to play 20 questions and if you guys can guess my movie within 10 questions there will be no homework for the rest of the month because I am feeling that generous and the school year is almost over."  When all of the kids smiled brightly  she knew that she had gotten through to them.

Taking a seat at her desk the questions started to fire at her from all different directions and she didn't know who to answer first.  She was flabbergasted about how well all of this was turning out.  When she thought about this the night before she really didn't think it would make that big of a difference but boy was she wrong.  Laughing she shook her head when someone asked if her favorite Irish Movie was My Left Foot.  "No Bradley that is not my favorite movie.  Am I not going to live that down by stepping on your foot by accident when you asked me a question that was on your test?"  Her ears perked up when the shy girl in the back of the class room asked if her favorite Irish Movie was a DCOM.  "Yes Maggie it is a Disney Channel Original Movie.  Yes it is Luck of the Irish."  Smiling some Remi stood up from her chair and stood in front of her class.  "Class Dismissed and have fun with no homework for the rest of the month because April is going to be a busy month where you might get double the homework."

*Beep Beep*  Looking down at her phone Remington sighed, it had been such a sh*tty weekend and a sh*tty week before that, that all she wanted to do was curl up in a ball but when her phone beeped she couldn't help but to put her hand over her mouth.  The tree house that she helped build when she was 12 at Henry C. Palmisano Nature Park was being torn down because no one helped to keep it up to date and keep it restored.  "This is so sad, another part of my childhood ripped out from right under my nose and there is nothing I can do about it.  All I can do is remember all the good and bad times that I have had there."

"Okay Miss Scott everything is done, now you are going to be sore for a few weeks but that is to be expected.  If the pain is too much for you, you can always come back and we can see whats going on."   Wiping the tears from her eyes Remington nodded her head and took the prescription that the doctor gave her, shoved it into her pocket book and ran out of the doctors office.  She couldn't believe that she had actually gone through with it.  She had killed the baby that she was going to have with Klaus and she wasn't even going to tell him.  There was only one place that she needed to go and that was the tree house at Henry C. Palmisano park.

The drive was only 10 minutes but it felt like she was driving for eternity.  This was the hardest thing that she had ever had to do and she never wanted to live through it again, but she had to just one more time.  She needed to write a letter to Klaus to tell him everything that had happened the past 6 months well not everything she wasn't going to tell him that she had an abortion she was going to give him a little white lie and tell him that she had to leave and she was probably never going to see him again.  That honestly hurt her more than anything because she thought that she was going to marry and have a family with him and now she had killed all hope for that.  She had stayed in the tree house for hours trying to write the letter but each time she thought she liked it she wound up hating it after she read it.  It got to the point that she fell asleep there a few nights before she left Klaus for good, and when she left for good that is when she sent him his letter.

Present

Feeling the tears run down her cheeks, Remington wiped them away feeling reminiscent of her past and wishing that she could go to the tree house one last time before it was torn down.  She would go on the first flight back to Chicago but with Klaus back in the picture she really needed to get up enough courage to tell him that they would have had a 9 year old kid if she didn't kill it. Looking through the pictures on her facebook of Klaus and herself in the treehouse that they built she could feel the tears falling down her cheeks again.  "That place will always have a special place in my heart not only because it was my childhood but it is also because I built it with Klaus."

As the sun shone through the window, Wren's eyes fluttered open and she sat up from where she was laying.  Why was her neck so stiff?  How did she get to her club?  What had happened to her the night before everything was such a big ass blur that it made her head spin more than it was.  Why did she come to her office and why didn't she just go to her apartment.  God she hoped Thor was okay, but then again she probably gave her dog to Alycia her manager and told her to take care of him as she didn't know how late she was going to be at Donny's party.  Donny's party how much exactly did she have to drink last night.

Pushing up off of the sofa Wren let out a soft groan, she was stiffer than a board and she didn't know why she didnt just sleep on the futon and not on the floor, must have been too far out of it to make it 20 more feet to the couch.  Stepping over to her bag she knelt down and she felt a flood of emotion come over her, she picked out a parking pass from her bag and held it close to her heart.  It had been 10 years since she went to the cemetery, 10 long years and she never knew exactly why she never went back.  Probably because she felt responsible for her death.  "I know exactly what I need, I need the hair of the dog that bit me in the ass and then I will remember everything that happened."

Walking down to the bar, she held her head it was pounding and she didn't want to deal with it anymore.  Getting out the Tito's vodka she got out a glass and just poured it over the rocks and tipped her head back letting the liquor run down her throat making it warm.  She remembered that she called her best friend at 10 am saying that she wished she was dead and that she would take the place of her daughter so she could live in the world like she had.  She couldn't help but to cry for hours, letting Cierra listen to her cry was probably one of the hardest things that she had to do.  Even though she did it so very often she still wasn't used to it.  Cierra was the only person that knew what had happened to Wren when she was 16 because she was the only one that Wren trusted.  "God, I hope I didn't make Cierra regret being my friend yesterday, it is foggy but it was there."

Picking up her phone she scrolled down to her best friends name.  "I am so sorry you had to go through that yesterday, I was probably a complete mess because its the 10 year anniversary of her death and you know how I get on the anniversary." Hitting send she put her fingers through her hair and bit her lip, she had to apologize to Donny.  Sighing a big sigh she scrolled down to Donny's text and began to type.  "I'm sorry, I don't know how much I had to drink but I know you probably didn't want to hear about my stupid problem's of 10 years ago.  If you would forgive me I would like to take you out for coffee so we can talk and I can apologize some more."

There have been many times when Wren just wanted to lock herself in her room and just write the night away.  And those nights were the nights when what she did at 16 haunted her, she would just sit down at her Chrome book and then she would write for hours turning off all of the electronic things around her.   When she was in the zone she didn't want to be bothered, not by her friends not even her own family.  They were the least important thing to her, which she knew was mean but this was something that she liked to do in her spare time.  Sometimes she would write almost a whole book when she had a lot on her mind.  Today was a day where she just couldn't help but to cry, everything she saw on tv and everything she heard on the radio reminded her of when she went to the hospital that gloomy night of her 16th birthday.

"Okay Wren, you need to pull yourself together, it has been almost 10 years since you went to the hospital, you should be over it by now.  It's all in the past, but it is going to haunt us forever.  That is why we took up writing, now put your mind to it and get to writing."  Running her fingers through her hair she let out a long sigh she was in for a long night, good thing she had a kurig in her room that she could just press a button and have coffee in a jiffy.  "What book shall we continue to write tonight.  The horror story, the fantasy or the murder mystery?"  Drumming her fingers on the table she thought to herself, today she felt like writing more of her murder mystery.  This one was near and dear to her heart because it was the first book that she ever started to write, it was the night that she had the abortion she got out a pen and paper and she just started to write the night away.  It wasn't long before she had a solid story and a plot ,she didn't quite know where to end the book but she was still working out the details.

Letting out a soft sigh Wren ran her fingers through her hair once more and double clicked on the icon that held her Murder Mystery book.  This is one thing that she always did before she began to write again, she would read through the chapters to see if anything needed to be tweaked.  Normally nothing needed to be tweaked but it was just a precaution.  Today the book was perfect for her, there was nothing that she wanted to change and when her fingers started moving she had lost all track of time, what seemed like a few minutes was actually a few hours.  "Well holy sh*t, would you look at that, its time for me to get ready to open up the club.  Until we meet again books, until we meet again."  Closing her chrome book she sighed once more and pushed off of her chair and started to get ready for her night.

"You have got to be kidding me right now."  Rolling her eyes at the TV Wren shut it off and threw the remote on the couch in her office at the club, the weather man had just gotten on TV and told the whole area that a snow storm has come in and it was a really bad one, that if people weren't inside they would have to go to the nearest business and seek shelter and for all businesses to welcome people in with open arms.  Granted her club was big enough to hold 300 people she didn't think she would want to host them during a snow storm when she didn't have that much food to begin with.  But she also didn't want people to be without shelter so she was going to do the good deed and post on social media that she was going to be open for whoever needed to get out of the snow.

Honestly she didn't want to be alone in a snow storm, it had happened to her once before and she was bored out of her mind that she knew that if it ever happened again that she would be sure to have people there so they could keep each other sane.  Sitting down at her desk again she opened up her laptop and started to get to work on the flyer for the night.  "Now I don't know how I am going to hype all of this up because not many people come to the club unless its the weekend and I don't really have a creative bone in my body.  This is going to be a complete and utter sh*t show."

Running her fingers through her hair she took a deep breath and just let her fingers get to work and see where it took her.  Finally after about a half hour she thought that she had the perfect flyer.  It read "Come one come all Never Land Night Club will be open for everyone that doesn't have a place to go.  The doors will never close as no one should not have a roof over their head when there is a major snow storm.  Doors are open in 5 minutes from this post, now come on over what are you waiting for?"  Hitting post Wren sighed she didn't know if anyone was going to show up but it was worth a shot.  Five minutes after she posted, she made her way down to the door just to see if anyone showed up for sh*ts and giggles.  When she got to the door she was in awe with how many people were standing outside.  There had to be about 100 people out there.  "Welcome everyone, please make yourself at home.  If you need anything at all just ask around for Wren and someone will come and get me.  Now please come in!"  It was going to be a very fun like party and she hoped that she could do more things like this even if there wasn't a snow storm.

It's my life

"This can not be happening, this really can not be happening to me right now."  Biting her lip, Wren looked at the three pregnancy tests that were all on the counter, every single one of them had a plus sign on it.  She was only 16 years old and she wasn't ready to have kids, she never actually thought about having kids before, she wasn't even sure that she wanted kids.  "I know I read somewhere that these tests can be wrong and they can be broken I need to go to the doctors to find out if I actually am pregnant."  Pushing the test into the waste basket she picked up the bag and tied it off running out of her room and down the steps to the dumpster.  Seeing her parents pull up in their car she smiled at them.  "I'm not feeling good, I am going to take my bike up to the doctors, don't worry I have the money from baby sitting that I can pay for it."

Waving at her parents she could feel her heart racing a mile a minute she needed to know that she in fact wasn't pregnant.  She had her wrestling career to think about, her body to think about.  She knew that if she was pregnant she wasn't keeping the baby.  Sitting on the table Wren smiled when her doctor came in.  "Thank you Dr. Rhodes for seeing me on such short notice.  This is kind of an emergency, I am 16 years old, and I think I'm pregnant.  I took three at home tests and all three tests told me I was pregnant but I know those things can be defective so I had to really find out if I was.  This could change my whole life forever."  Seeing the look on her doctors face, she knew that this wasn't the first time he had to deal with a teenager coming in to see if they were pregnant or not.  "We are going to run a blood test to see if you are with child or not, it will take a few hours but you are more than welcome to stay in the waiting room until the results are in."

Nodding her head Wren jumped off of the table and made her way to the waiting room, her hands gripping her sweatshirt tightly deep down she knew that the tests were right but she needed to hear it from her doctor first and then she would ask him to schedule an abortion, she knew that she was killing someone inside of her but she had to think about her life too.  What felt like 4 hours was only a half hour before she got called back into the examining room.  "Well Ms. Wellington, the results are in and you are about 4 weeks pregnant.  Do you know who the father is should we call him?"  It took her a minute to process everything but looking up with tears in her eyes she shook her head.  "I know who the father is, but I am not going to tell him because I am not keeping the baby.  Can you please schedule my abortion I do not want to be a mother and I do not want anyone to know about it."
