1.Not the person in the pictures. The default of the character or his family. I am just an rper, no more nor less. You should know that by now, or why are you even on an RP site if you don't know the difference? Don't assume I am Richard Kimble or Tim Daly, as the actor is too busy and the character is a tv Character, so yeah. If you think  I am either person on either of the album's, I suggest you go see a psychiatrist and fast, because of the obvious. I can't believe that I have to mention it but looks like I have no choice but to mention that. I hope you guys do know the difference between RP and real life.

2.Richard Kimble is from the fugitive 2000-2001, however the genres and themes that are big part of it are Crime, Mafia, law enforcement, Medical. Government conspiracy counts even of not mentioned but still. I am open to otuers, execpt defintely not sec or erotica. Other than with Helen Kimble (nee Ross), if me and the rper agree and decide to RP that.  Yet with the rper of Helen Kimble those would be added to the the usual ones that already part of our RP. If you aren't Helen Kimble as in if your character isn't her so forget it.

3.Richard Kimble is single at the moment but not for long. As the headline I got says. Which means no one else but his wife Helen Kimble (Nee Ross). No to those of you who don't get it, she is not his sister but wife. Maggie Kimble is his little sister. Helen Kimble is his greatest love, one of them. He still loves her. Richard is still in love with her no matter what. He always would be. I think they are cute together, so don't even bother assuming that he wants your character because he really doesn't.  Like the previous rule says. Don't you dare attacking me for trying to get my character is your Character's pants and/ or such as it's not the case and never will be.

4.Richard doesn't sleep around, so don't go there, the first person to attack me about wanting sex and erotica RP with them would be blocked indefinitely. Mistakes happen but delibrately isn't a mistake. If you refuse to RP with me because you assume it has to do with sex or Erotica or both, then go see a shrink before you even bother rping because you are nuts. In the show a woman threw herself at him and he refused to sleep with her, that should tell you something. Especially since I RP her like he is in the show, just au. Meaning personality like the show, even the events too, execpt there is a twist I added to it. So keep that in mind. You don't decide how he is nor claim you know how he is without watching the show as you don't. I know the character but you don't unless you watched the show. And claiming that he sleeps around and crap like that, proves that you never watched the show. So don't go there.

5.Goes together with rule 4. Richard doesn't sleep or abuses kids. He is good with kids but not in a sick way. Like he was with kids in more than one episodes. Plus he has a neice and a nephew to whom he is close to, do yeah. I hate those who accuse me for being a pervert or rping one when asked for a storyline. As it has nothing to do with sex so enough with making stuff up. Storyline discuss is one thing and sex and Erotica is another. Richard adores kids send is over protective of them and women. As well as good people in general, so yeah. Before you make things up and accuse someone of something, check. No ifs or buts about it. It is just the way it is. He is a sweetheart, got it? Good.

6.Richard is loyal to family and friends. And faithful. Including to his love interest. Meaning Helen Kimble. So don't assume he wants sex with your character and block me or request me for sex or Erotica. As it makes you a fool and makes you be a jerk. Got it? Unless you are Helen Kimble there is no sex or Erotica. No matter what. Don't care you want it or not, it's not happening. Never, as he is only with Helen Kimble.

7.Yes, Richard has ex's, one was during his med school days, and it was before he met Helen, so no cheating. So don't assume that him being with that person is cheating before at that time he didn't even know about Helen. Richard's first girlfriend is Jean Trabant. She is a sweetheart like him, but now they are just friends and she is dating another.  If you attack me and say you won't RP with Richard because he is a cheater and and a liar, I will block you. Mistakes can be forgiven but not  delibrately. I am nice person unless provoked. This is definitely one way to provoke me.  Now Richard got other ex's too but it's not cheating given the fact that it had happened after he thought his wife died, as the whole world or most of it at least believes she is dead and he murdered her, which he didn't. Some who know Richard know that she died too but thinks that she was sick or such, unless he told them the truth. That means that it all happened during his time on the run. However, it's not like every women in the world is his ex. However, those he was with don't count as cheating so don't assume. As Richard isn't the time to cheat, and since only Helen's family knows of the twin, well, no one knows the twin is dead, except Helen, as even the family can't tell the two apart, as they are identical. With that in mind, don't assume things. As said before. Richard is still human so he has no idea what really happened but he will. Nettie, Laura(single mother/was heading towards a relationship until he had to leave), Jenny Butler, and a few others, count as ex's. However, Shelly(the blond he met) doesn't as he only saw her as a sister and a friend, she has feelings for him but he pushed her away, he was just surprised she kissed him.  I am adding this in rules to explain that what some people on here think isn't true. Richard is a good guy.  Cheating counts only if he knew she was alive but didn't care, which isn't like him. Once he finds Helen, all bets are off. He will be with her only, no questions asked. Richard is human, so given that as far as he knows she is dead at that moment, he has a right to move on, and it's not like he planned on it. 

Now this goes with two parts.  Part one,  those he dated weren't at the same time and in different Town's, so again not cheating. And he won't be with a cheater either. So keep that in mind whether if you RP one of his ex's or if you take Helen. There is no ifs or buts about it. Now the first person who delibrately attacks me about it and says he isn't perfect so cheating happen, better gets off my friends list past or I will block you. A typo is fine and won't get you in trouble but it you do that intentionally then will block you. As a character doesn't need to be cheater to have flaws, common sense.

Part two, other than the ex's mentioned will except one to 4 more but no more that. Unless we discuss it to fit. Now don't just create a character and make her his ex, unless we discussed it or if your character is other Richard's ex. If it's other Richard Kimble's or in general, that's fine. We just need to discuss how we do this, as in what storyline our Characters will have and such. No exceptions. It needs to fit both of us or no go. Now my Character is a good guy but given that he doesn't stay in one place for long, he does breaks up with the one he is with, if he is with someone at that place or she breaks up with him, like with Nettie, so with her it was because an ex boyfriend who is a cop who tried to kill Richard, which is pretty complicated.  None, at times it can be mutual too.  Now with that in mind don't you dare calling him pervert or such, as none of it says that about him, it's just not fair on them or him, so he has to break things off as they can't come with and he doesn't wants them in danger. No more nor less. And Richard never fools around and he isn't for one night stands/flings etc. So don't ask assume or such. As that proves you don't read rules and such.  Richard is loyal and a caring guy. Can't believe I need to add any of those rules but clearly not many gets it. Him having ex's is normal as he is human and even if he tries to  stay away from people and not get too close, it doesn't always works, so keep that in mind.

8.I need mains and connections. They would come first. Unless from the previous bunch of replies I still owe a reply to someone, who isn't a main or a connection, that's different. Now with mains and connections it does includes family. However, Richard only has one sister, and it's Maggie Kimble, and yes I do need her but don't make her made up as she is a Canon. Talk to me about it before you make her, so that I could help you. Even if you watched the show or not. Unless you can prove that you know her, then go right a head.  Now no made up siblings or such. In general fine, but if we RP with each other, don't tell me she is related to my character and that's that, to accept it.  We will need to talk about it. We could have either a different storyline or come up with something that works. No exceptions. Unless it was agreed prior to you creating the Character. That's different. Kids the safe thing. You can create a child for him but only when agreed. Or if you created a kid account and I suggested that Richard is the father or such, and we agreed, that's fine. Or when I request those from open kid accounts. That's different and accepted. However, his kids can't be 30,40 50, etc. Unless agreed and it's not present but future. And we need to make it work before it's put into play. No exceptions. No present kids can be those ages.  Richard is 37 going on 38. So 30 or 20 years old is a no go. He wasn't dating anyone at 15 and 30+plus don't work either because if 30 he would be 7 and no 7 years old can logically have kids, not ever. And 37 and up, don't work as he wouldn't have existed then. So common sense. No parents as his parents are dead, unless we come up with ways to keep them a live, and his dad has to be like in the show. So he was only one epi, so I can help you make him fit, as for the mother she can be played as your own but still Canon, however, you still need to speak to me before creating her no matter what. Your characters can't replace those Richard already close too, no ifs or buts about it. Those who break that rule(delibrately not by accident) and/or others will be blocked but with some of those you will get a warning first. It depends on the rule.

9.No mocking my character or creating him. Only to ruin my reputation and delete him. Happened before and it's not to happen again or you will be blocked and reported and trust me I would know and those who know me would know too, so don't bother. No ifs or buts about that either. It is the way it is. It's illegal. Not just me but do so to those I care about. My friends and you get the same result. I mean it.

10.If you talk to your other rp friends then you can talk to me too. No ifs or buts about it. Or I will delete you. I am here to write not for friends collectors. As I am not a friend collector. If you are busy or working on your profile, or sick or can only be on for your Character's love interest or tired or such that's fine but eventually you need to talk to me. No promises and then ignoring me or deleting me. No exceptions to this rule, except what is mentioned but let me know so. ComminicCommu is the key to friendships and rp. Keep that in mind. Mistakes happen but don't do it delibrately.

11.It might take me a while to to reply but I will reply. That's so that you know and don't assume things. If you delete me assuming I ignore you then it's your loss not mine. Since I have real life and other things to take care off first but  that's doesn't mean I hate this profile or such. Far from it. It's one of my favorite profiles. I will reply to you if you reply to me. If you delete what I write and ignore me or such you are gone. If you are busy you won't delete it or such so yeah. If you deleted what I sent by accident that let me know I do understand. There is a difference between delibrately and by accident. You know? And I will find out so keep that in mind. Sometimes longer replies take longer but they come. I just like send good starters and replies not crap. So respect that or go away.

12. Have fun. As we are all here to have fun. So let's do so with no drama. Shall we?

13.I do mostly multi para and up but I will RP with others too. So I personally would rather multi para but if all you can is Sami para or one liner or just a para thats fine, we can do that but that doesn't mean I am a one liner or Sami para or a para. I just don't judge, so don't you dare judging me for that. I am a good person and will RP with all but I do have my favorite styles, as anyone else but that doesn't mean that I will only do them, when it comes to length wise. However, themes and verses stay the same as mentioned above. Length style I am fine with anything you guys are but my favorite are multi and up only, no matter what. Don't confuse length and themes/verses as it's not the same thing.

14. Don't ask me to change how I RP or who I RP or such, as it's not going to happen. I won't do it to you so don't do it to ne. I am a good person and I do want to RP but if you are rping with me then you better respect me or my character. If you sondo you are gone, permanently. Typo and such is fine but again if you do it delibrately, seriously that's a no no. Plan and simple. You ask me to change and change my character thinking  that my Character is an ass and crap and me to and asking me to change myself and my character because of that will get you deleted and blocked as I am not and neither is my Character, so no we won't change. Just read rules and there won't be misunderstandings and such. If misunderstanding happens that can be forgiven but as long as they is prove that it was the case. Yet delibrately is different and will get you blocked. So keep that in mind.

You can sign those if you want but no need as long as you read those and follow those rules to a t.
