• I am flexible with all kind of RP styles, although i think that generally i tend to go with present tense, third person and semi to multi para.
• i am not strictly a single relationship -roleplayer so i am open for relationships to happen, if it's natural (Matt being anti-relationship makes it pretty hard though). However, i don't RP smut with others than my SO.
• OH, and i'm not a native English speaker, so i sometimes stumble with words. Apologies beforehand!
• Also, if you've seen this bio before it's because i've used it on Facebook and Tumblr as well.

Character details:

Name:  Goes mostly by Matt. Has quite a few other identities as well, though, especially online. His real name is not well-known -  Matt suspects Near to know and (depending on the verse and timeline) most likely Mello knows as well. Matt is, however, not that strict about the name being a huge secret (especially after Kira case), he just really likes the anonymity that several names give him.

Age:  Born on February 1st, 1990. The Matt i RP as survived Kira case so in general RPs he has aged normally and is getting to his mid-20s now in his early 30s, where has time gone???, unless mentioned otherwise. However i am more than happy to RP pre- or mid-Kira case as well! (Or AUs. Or alternative timelines. Zombies? Anything!)

Height: Average for a Western man, scratch canon. A little bit shorter than Mello, goddamnit.

Weight: Fairly skinny, although much to his displeasure has had to learn to do more exercise the older he has gotten to keep his appearance up.

Nationality: No-one really knows but possibly American.

Occupation: "Freelancer".

Sexual orientation: Claims to be straight, Mello is an exception.

Religion: Not his thing.

Personality:

Quiet, sarcastic, blunt, nonchalant. Matt can come across as arrogant (usually for a reason though) and he is quite sexist. Careless. Not very patient other than for Mello's sh*t (Goddamnit Matt, where did you learn to pick your battles?). Quite antisocial but tries his luck with pretty girls given the chance (although his way of flirting is very bad straight-forward).

Lazy, gets bored easily. Chain smoker. Smokes pot and gets drunk whenever he has time, after Kira case doesn't do much other drugs. Can go through an insane amount of junk food and then forget to eat for days.

Skills:

A professional hacker, very tech savvy in general. Knows how to use guns, and is secretly proud of his precise shooting skills. Can play vidya for days straight. Likes cars, especially old school, and is pretty good at modifying them. Does competitive gaming in his free time and has won quite a few contests. Specially likes first person shooters - he enjoys pissing off the other players. Can read people surprisingly well, his observational skills are way above average when he actually tries. 

Easiest starter ideas (please discuss with me beforehand ♥):

• Matt works for Mello, Mello has other workers as well. If you are an oc and can work around for having your oc work for Mello, they just as well might be working on a case together.
• He is a big name among hackers, if you need a guy to get sh*t done  online you just as well might try if he has time.
• When it comes to getting sh*t done, Matt could sometimes work for Near as well! Or L, although he would probably be doing apprentice work from Wammy's then.

• As a teenager Matt did lots of stupid crap in Vegas while trying to find Mello, and is a wangsty teenager in lots of ways. You can find him from anywhere where you can go while drunk/high/on crack, being an a**hole.
