Melian|Tinuviel-The star Elli
When Tinuviel was a little girl she often gazed up at the twinkling stars high above and on one ev her mother Melian sat with her and told her a story of the Valar and Varda. A smiled tugged at the edges of her lips as she crawled into her mother's loving arms-"Please Mama!! Tell me!" She screeched, nestling her cheek over her heart. "Of course," Melian said smiling. A Story told to Tinuviel by her mother Melian"She was one of Varda's favoured of stars. The tiny children that dusted their shimmering ivory petals along the canvas of ebony silk. With her long Valar's finger's Varda cupped the little lass once more and sprinkled her among the others of her kind and now a much wiser, purer of spirit, she has become one of Varda's trustiest and truest of advisors. She has been touched by both dark and light but still held her inner gleam and in this thought Varda blessed her with an extra twinkle, shimmer, and she remains the brightest along the ebony sky."
