Pengy got a whole Iceberg lounge , and Mista' Freeze froze Gotham over at least once every winter just because he could. In the name o' revenge fer his wife or whatever !! β That gave her an idea. β When we get snow we should totally bundle up together , make snow angels , have a snowball fight and make a giant snowman !! Or snow-person or whatever ya had in mind !! β The thought of him getting his first snow experience , made Harley want to make this winter as special as possible for him.
