Legs & Walmart Cont.

There Ain’t Nothing Open Past Midnight but Walmart & Walmart

Cognac hues watched how Davina moved with ease around such a questionable establishment.  When she went for the lingerie, Jackson turned away, giving her privacy, wondering aloud how the hell he got himself into this.  Ultimately, it was Davina’s point to prove that there were, in fact, more things open past midnight than legs and Walmart. Finding himself gravitating closer to the door, he waited for her to finish her transaction, chuckling at the overheard words of the cashier.  Davina approached him with crimson cheeks, practically pushing his laughing ass out the door. “So are we having a good long night tonight or what?” He teased, mocking the store clerk.

They walked back to his truck putting her bags away before Davina practically pulled him into the next establishment, this one feeling a little more at ease than the last. “The swamp?”  Taking a seat at the bar, Jackson waited until she’d ordered herself a girly umbrella drink before ordering a shot of tequila for himself.  Forgoing the salt and limes, he knocked it back, enjoying the bitter burn.  The atmosphere was somewhat reminiscent of the bayou. The bar and stage was covered, but opened up to a courtyard strung with white lights beneath the stars where patrons were dancing, having a good time.  The place was lively, but not too crowded.  He ordered another two shots, downing them both as fast as the first.

“So this is what you like to do for fun when you’re in the Quarter?” Jackson’s attention turned back toward Davina sitting a few feet away from him on a barstool. Two drinks in and she was definitely loosening up.  Something about her clingy white dress and the way she was sitting... The ever changing light show had seemed to shine a spotlight up her dress at the apex of her thighs, exposing her lady bits to anyone looking.  Apparently wearing panties with a white dress was a fashion faux pas. He quickly averted his gaze, finding himself somewhat speechless.  Before he could regain his composure, Davina grabbed his forearm, hauling him to the courtyard to dance.

He was definitely feeling the tequila at this point, laughing at himself from the moment just before. Perhaps he was even a little thankful she’d moved. He’d hate to have some random guys staring at her for any other reason than how great she looked tonight.  Humoring her on the dance floor, he smiled, twirling her about.  The alcohol and the music were flowing through him. This wasn’t his normal kind of fun, but he was feeling within his element. With her back to him, she molded herself to him, pushing back against him in almost a grinding motion. Oh Jesus... The friction was no doubt stirring emotions and physical attraction, causing a little tension in his already tight jeans. Turning her to face him, he moved with her, slowing their dance. With his mouth mere inches from hers, his breath warm on her skin, he gazed into the depths of her azure pools of blue, his eyes slowly closing while his lips brushed hers.  The moment was so very short lived as his mind was reeling. Pressing his forehead to hers, he continued to dance with her, getting lost in her gaze.
