Christmas Morning

Taylor smiled as she woke up early to her phone alarm going off. Reaching over she grabbed her phone and turned the phone alarm off and got out of hers and Danny’s bed. Taylor put on her dressing robe and walked out of hers and Danny’s room as she went to check on Grace and Mikayla she grinned some seeing Mikayla in her bed “it is good to have you home sweetheart” she whispered softly before going to the kitchen and starting to make pancakes, bacon and eggs. Knowing that Steve, Alex, Matt, Ethan, Bianca Andy both Taylor’s and Danny’s parents were also coming over for Christmas morning breakfast

Roman arched an eyebrow and sighs a little. He knows that his daughter had been through a lot in Georgia but he hopes things will change for the better when she lives here with him. He will definitely fight to have his daughter stay here with him.

He hugs his daughter back tight and walks out with her to the group who are all about to gather around the Christmas tree to open presents.

Peityn looked at her dad and smiled sweetly before going to her bag and taking out her school report card and handed it to her dad knowing that there were a few bad grades on it but it also had a photo of herself, Roman and Kristen when she was a baby. “ I will leave you to read over that just remember it’s Christmas and I love you” she said and hugged her dad before trying to quickly leave

Peityn smiled more and tucked her hair behind her ear. “I’m sure it is what I want Daddy I don’t want to go back to the mainland unless you’re coming with me daddy” she said as she smiled more and then shook her head “come with me daddy let me show you something” she said as took Romans hand and lead him up to the spare room she stayed in the previous night

"I know, Sweetheart and of course, I want you ere always with me. I love you." He tells her and gives her a big fatherly hug.

He then chuckled a little. "Yeah...I believe it. Sis could never really cook and I do feel bad for Daryl when it comes to her cooking." He said with teasing smile.

"If you sure, maybe after the holidays, I can go home with you and if you want to grabs your stuff that we can take on a plane back, maybe we can bring you here with me as long as you are sure."

"But daddy, Maddie isn't my birth mommy so I can always stay with you and live with you over here, unless you don't want me" she said and then looked down "Aunty Jay and Uncle Daryl are good, they barely ever fight I usually go there after school because Aunty Jay picks me up, by the way she still can't cook" she said and giggled some before looking upat her dad

"I do not know, Sweetheart. You know........I I do not even remember what Maddie and I fought about either right now. It has been a long time and I have been wanting to go back even if it is just to see you and everyone else. I miss Jay too and I hope she and Daryl are still gong strong too. Maybe I could give Jay a call."

Peityn looked at her dad and smiled more, she had hated being away from her dad for so long and was happy to be with him for Christmas even though her stepmom, younger half brother and the rest of her family was on the mainland. “Daddy are you Maddie ever going to make up? I don’t know what your fight was about but it’s not the same at home without you there. I know Aunty Jay misses you”

Danny smiles at her and their son. He then nods his had ands steps out of he room just outside he door. He answered the phone and begins talking to Steve. He tells him about the threatening messages after he had told Steve that he now also has a son.

Taylor looked over and smiled “it’s ok Answer it should probably try to feed our son anyway” she said and sat up a little as she reached out to get their son
