Back to school!!
(It was just a ... Nightmare.. No.. A dream?.. It was real..)
Neena is a new student in Avengers Academy! Wut? Transfered to the Academy, she wonders how this would be for her. The child of Luck arrives! Neena Thurman/The "Lucky Merc"Neena is now in school. How will this turn out? Neena hated school. It was a thing that wasn't her favorite, but she was forced to learn and experience the outside world for once. She was a depressed mutant at that fact. She wasn't born a mutant.. She was once a human being..Her real dream was to actually prove that her skill were great and become a mercenary. Maybe even use the techniques that she learned when she was growing up in that facility that her mom worked in.The facility that she stayed in was to grow Superhuman beings into fighting their causes, only she seemed to have survived unlike the last few that she met. The rigorous experiments almost even killed her. Yet this special facility to make super soldiers.. They made her like this. A child now of "Luck"6AMThe alarm rang loudly into her ear. Groaning out loud, she didn't like this. A day that she was told to get out of bed early enough and make the city bus to the new school that she will attend and graduate from with no problems at all. Slamming her hand to the alarm to turn it off, the object fell off the nightstand beside her. She soon wrestled with the sheets and rolled off to the side of the bed. Oh she just wanted to just have a little more sleep.. ---------- Of course no one was home, so she had to fend for herself. Neena lived with her father, since her mother was back at the facility working on experiments. The little girl they all knew despised and hated her mom, even if she was saved and taken back to her home. Now that she was living closer to the academy, she could take a city bus to the corner and walk from there. 4 stops to be exact. So she needed to leave earlier enough or else suffer missing her first day of class for being late!Life in the new Academy highschool. Oh how the hell did this happen? She seemed to be rather afraid, yet anxious at the same time as she slumped some, moving to get herself ready. Heading to the bathroom, she took a shower and brushed her teeth before going into her closet pulling a dark t-shirt out and skirt with leggings. Her wardrobe was weird, but she thought it matched her. The Monochromatic woman with a spot upon her left eye. Dark hair, dark lips that matched with how she was.Slipping into her clothes, she huffed silently at how she was looking at turned her head towards her alarm. Already. 7AM..Picking her new backpack up and everything she needed, she ran out the door without a bite to eat and headed towards the city bus that was already about to arrive in 10 minutes.
Reaching the bus;Running towards the now arriving bus, she got on quickly before the doors closed.Soft gasps could be heard as she took her bus pass out and put it in the machine before speaking out, "I need to be dropped off at the side of the academy school." The bus lady nodded her head and started to take off as Neena sat herself down, holding on to the bar watching the bus take off.
25 minutes later;8AM.. Already this time?She checked her watch as the bus had already came at a halt now upon the corner of her stop. Getting out of her seat, she waved to the bus driver. Clutching both hands to the straps of her backpack, she looked forth and hurried towards the school entrance.The moment she got there and opened the doors, the bustling of school children sounded loud. A fresh start to the morning before class as everyone was now hurrying to their classes. They were a loud bunch and she wasn't quite sure if she was ready for this. The facility she was in was different than this.. What was she going to learn first? Moving towards the crowded hallways, she searched for the main office. Blue hues lightened up at the many rooms around her and how the place was bigger than she ever imagined.Moving towards the main office, she was greeted by a woman sitting at the desk smiling cheerfully.
"Uhm. I'm new here. I think you guys have my class scheds?", she questioned quite curiously. her hues glued on the woman before her awaiting for her planners or whatever she was gonna give her.
Secretary: Soon as the woman heard her, she stopped the computer work that she was doing to turn to the file cabinets behind her. Rustling through folders, she soon came across her name "Neena Thurman is it?"Neena: Neena nodded slightly and answered out, "Yes, ma'am.. That is me."The secretary soon gave her a planner and her schedule and now the little mutant was on her way to her first class. Suddenly as the bell rang, she watched the kids running to their classes quick, and she soon did the same as she stared at the white sheet of paper in front of her, going to her first class in which it was mathematics. Something that she knew well, but also a little complex thanks to her father and the facility.Running into her class, she soon was greeted by the teacher and pushed into the front of the classroom where every student inside looked up from their books with silence. She bowed her head, as the teacher introduced her to the entire class. This class was weird... It threw her off... These weren't really human beings, were they? She could see oddesh skin colours a-like or their eyes were different than a human being's.."Welcome to Avengers Academy, Neena!"The teacher said smiling at her as she stood there in almost awe before finding herself a seat and pulling out a journal in order to take notes. A student passed her a new mathematics book for her to use. Mention; Anyone
