War World had become a moot point at this phase of the Universe. A planet sized War Engine just made for a bigger target. The true power laid where it always did. In the size of a simple Ring! But not of the existing varieties. One unique to all the others, forged with a technology unlike anything from this -timeline-, making it superior to those of modern time. A collective of technologies driven from anti-lantern weaponry. Tapping a unspecified source of power, that seems limitless. That power being that of a Cosmic class. With all the 'classic' ring abilities with a vastly superior energy output ratio. This ring never needs a charge as it taps the universe itself. Nothing linked to anything as susceptible to change and shifting as emotions. A power with the ability to seemingly extirpate anything its user required.
