Lycan pirate of the Atlantic Ocean. His name is Captain Estevan Blackmoon. Sails with twenty crewmen and his pet falcon he calls Horizon. His crew of twenty men call him Captain Van Blackmoon. There is something mysterious about him, he is not a man like the rest, but a lycan. His lycan friends back on the shores of the world call him Steele. Every now and then he docks his magnificent ship of black sails for land adventures. Sometimes he sets sail out of the Atlantic Ocean to explore the other open seas, however, he always returns to the Atlantic since Van has expressed he enjoys it best.
