About me:
Martin Li, the son of two poor, illegal immigrants from the Fujian Province in China, was born with an extremely rare, and highly dangerous blood disease. His parents were approached by a criminal syndicate, offering to pay for his treatments. In actuality, they were experimenting on illegal aliens and the homeless with powerful drugs. The experiments granted him the power to drain the energy out of living things, but he would accidentally killed his parents in the process. He would remain an orphan until he turned 18, when he returned to China. After making billions in the shipping industry, he returned to America as a wealthy philanthropist, establishing the F.E.A.S.T. homeless shelter, while his alter ego, Mister Negative, would become one of the most powerful figures in the New York criminal underworld, and lead him to clash with heroes such as Spider-Man, Cloak & Dagger, and The Avengers.
Short hand was used to jot the key points of Martin Li's response while the rest was cataloged into her memory. Knowing the arrogance of Norman Osborn, and truly, not even knowing the depth of his evil and corruption, it pleased her to hear such a passionate response. On the surface, Martin appeared a good man and certainly a strong contender against the heavy weight of Osborn. Karen, however, had known good men to be liars and deceit lied beneath the skin. At one points Wilson Fisk was crowned a savior of Hell's Kitchen. Karen studied his face in her search for answers.
" Very strong words and eloquently said. Osborn carries a lot of support behind him, financial and otherwise from like minded people. Do you think it would be alright if I visit your F.E.A.S.T locations? No cameras, no bothering the people who need help. I want to take a look around and interview some of the volunteers, only if they'd like, of course. "
" Mister Li, do you care to comment on Norman Osborn's re-election campaign? There are rumors he intends to continue the growth of gentrification, placing priority on businesses owned by United States citizens, and pushing out the homeless and impoverished. What do you have to say about this? " Pen and paper were on the ready for the any sort of response.
