Emily sat on her bed as she looked around herself lost in thoughts. She still wished that her and her older brother's mom, Maggie Kimble would get back with their dad but she said nothing. The fact that Emily could spend time with both her parents was better than nothing. The fact that she and her brother could do that was better than nothing. Or so Emily thought and believed at least. She was sure that her brother thought and believed that too. Emily tried not to think of any of it as she sighed to herself as she looked around her room. She smiled to herself as she thought about good things. She didn't get why her parents weren't together anymore or anything like that but she knew that they weren't. However, it wasn't so bad for Emily. Not anymore at least. She barely noticed nor thought about that. At least not anymore. At the moment especially. Emily did miss her uncle and wanted to see him again. That moment especially. Yet, since Emily didn't understand what was going on, at least not what was really going on. That she was told that he was busy with work and being a kid she believed it. Emily still believed it. It made it easier but at the same time she wished that he would take a break to see them. Emily tried not to think of that, at the moment especially.
She then lay in her bed, as she got under the blanket and fell a sleep. Emily lay there as she slept for a while there. From time to time she spoke in her sleep, like kids do at times, even if not too often. Emily also twisted and turned in her sleep. As it happened with kids from time to time. She woke up after 6 hours of sleep and looked around herself as she did before she fell a sleep, well technically before she fell a sleep again. Emily got of her bed and went to get her toys that weren't high. Then she began to play with her toys on her own. Emily knew that her mother and brother thought that she was still a sleep, since they left her room after she lay down and was tucked in. Given that when Emily first woke up and sat down as she looked around herself, they weren't there. They even weren't there when she lay back in bed, as she had to tuck herself in. Then when Emily woke up again they weren't they, so she figured that much. Even without thinking about it. Emily then looked up towards the door as someone walked in. "Hi mommy," she said as she saw the person who walked in.
Richard woke up and took a quick shower after he warmed the water. Then he dried himself off as he got dressed. Then brushed his hair as after that, Richard brushed his teeth. He thrn packed his things and got the room's key as he left. Richard headed to the motel's lobby and returned the key. Then he left and headed to the near by pay phone, as he made sure that his sister knew to call that pay phone number. Once Richard did that he waited for her to call him. He couldn't wait to talk to her as he had a lot to say. Before that so, Richard called and talked to his computer guy friend and contact. Then after that, he made sure that Maggie knew the number to call. Richard justvdid that all without thinking much about it. Here and there he made sure that there were no cops near by, as he made sure that when he got the number to her that no one would know that it was him or anything like that. Richard didn't think about that either as he continued to make sure that there were no cops around. He was scared but did his best to hide it.
Richard did that before and that moment wasn't any different. He didn't even think about that either as he did that. Richard hoped that she was alright as he waited for her to call him. He had no idea what she would tell him or such but he still waited for her to call as he missed his sister and wanted to talk to her as she wanted to talk to him. Richard at first wasn't sure about it but over time he agreed that it might be a good idea, despite the risk. As like his sister Maggie wanted to know that he was alright, he wanted to know that she was alright too, as she was his little sister and he loved her, and cared for her, like siblings do. Even without thinking about that either. Richard hoped that sge wasn't sick or anything like that. As he couldn't spare her. From direct family, Maggie was the only one left for him anf he was the only one left for her. Even if either way Richard couldn't spare her. Couldn't lose her. As they were close, best friends and siblings. They were both good people so it made sense. Which they both knew that, Richard was sure of it.
He had no doubt that she felt the same way, even without thinking about that either. Richard looked around as he continued to wait. He was concerned that something might ve wrong but tried not to think of that as he didn't want to scare himself more or such. Richard shook his head to his thoughts as he waited. When the phone rang he answered it. "Hello Maggie, how are you? I have news to tell you. Are you alright so, before I tell you the news,"
