Yeah, I'll say she's just as crazy or can be. We can always start it off with her on the minor scale of things; a kid people can see be saved, because most of her because most of her behavioral issues stem from just a problematic upbringing ย Abusive, narcissistic, drug addicted mom and a father never around, she hopped around from foster care alot. Thus she felt no love or seeked it in wrong areas.ย Hell, she could've actually been brought to the psychward under different pretense; people abandoning her there or courts finding it better than Juvie again.ย
I did have one RP where people took on a fairytale character name for an organization who train children in the art of assassination. So, Luna was Peter Pan and she was always tasked with killing people who were terrible parents.ย โโโโ

1.ย I can see a psychiatrist using his ways to influence Luna's murderous tendencies, maybe to even go after Sidney.ย 2. An unlikely worship, where online people are very into Billy's ways, and tries to mimick his ways or they're avg delinquent. I'd think that may have to be more in the time with the tech boom. ๐ค
