Blue is shy and anxious, often scared of numerous things. Blue is known as a crybaby, overly sensitive and often showing emotions. He can turn into a deer, which assists in fleeing from danger.
Blue is also a sexual being, unashamed when he feels lustful intention. He can become murderous when his friends are injured, though he becomes guilty after disposing of his victim.
demonic abilities
Blue's powers are similar to Alastor in the fact they are Eldritch styling- massive tentacles coming to destroy numerous people and objects. He is capable of voodoo craft and shadow manipulation. But Blue has his powers connected to his emotions and thus is very careful with handling them.
However, it is possible for Blue to wind up accidentally causing harm without meaning to. If he is scared or upset, his power handles the situation before he can draw back. He is also in the art of making deals, something that has helped him rise to his power of an Overlord. While Blue is a more passive demon, he has times of being a demon and acting in a way that shows he's an Overlord.
au storyline
In Blue's timeline, everything is reversed. Charlie doesn't believe in redemption while Lucifer does. Vaggie is bright and sunny while Angel is straight and hostile. Husk is a huggable feline while Nifty is rude and unhelpful. Blue has a deal with his Lucifer to help Charlie make the hotel of his dreams and is quite often pushed around for it. The world of 2P is a reverse of its original counterpart and each react in a way the original beings would find odd and vice versa.

Bborn in New Orleans, Louisiana with mixed heritage, Alastor always seemed to have some problematic childhood. The only thing that gave him comfort was the soft songs of his mother and in turn brought about his enjoyment of music. As he grew, he learned to appreciate things in life that would be taken for granted.
Alastor was a soft spoken individual with a passion for dancing and women. He once had a relationship with Mimzy but after a falling out, the two lost touch. He would mercy kill people, murdering anyone he didn't want to see suffer during harder times, and was shot trying to hide a body.

Alastor was called in to assist with the Hazbin Hotel by Lucifer after Charlie took on the place since Lucifer had to focus on ruling and not on dreaming. While Charlie doesn't believe in the redemption of Sinners, Alastor does. His focus is on ensuring everyone is able to reach Heaven.
Those dreams and efforts are going to have to wait however. Alastor is one who tries to keep things together, being a punching bag to those around him. He's given all his time to getting this hotel up and doing what needs to be done.
